It is felt by the Academic Council that trainees preparing for the Examination often need a ‘Friend and Guide’ over and above their teacher. This need has been echoed by many current and past Trainees. Respecting this, a Mentorship program is being started from 2017 where a Fellow of the College (FCCCM) who has himself or herself gone through the same process, volunteers to be a mentor.
